As the fashion world continues to glorify skinniness, it is refreshing to see someone so determined to celebrate a healthy, curvy, fit body. Nicole Winhoffer, personal trainer of celebs like Madonna and Stella McCartney, was at Shio Studio a while back for Metal Magazine. The amazingly talented Benjamin Fredrickson photographed her. The interview with Ms. Winhoffer is something else…I mean how can you not love someone who is quoted saying "fitness is art"?
